Francine is a senior air quality consultant at Pacific Environment and has worked in the industry for over seven years.
Francine has experience in preparation of Air Quality Impact assessments for a range of industry including coal-mining, transport, odour and other industry. She has also prepared greenhouse gas assesments, air quality monitoring, management and strategy plans, NPI reports and audit reports under the NGER and ESS Schemes. Francine is experienced in using a range of air emissions models including AUSPLUME, ISC, AERMOD, ALOHA, CALMET/CALPUFF, TRAQ, GRAL, ALOHA and TAPM and has applied these models on projects for a range of clients including the EPA, DP&I, local councils, private industry and commercial premises.
Francine is also the NSW branch and Executive Secretary for the Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand (CASANZ) and is involved with many aspects of the Society including event planning and writing of newsletter and journal reports.
When not working as an air quality consultant, Francine enjoys practicing music and spending time with the newest addition of her family – her puppy Corgi Harry.
Francine is currently working on the air quality dispersion modelling for the WestConnex project. Working with a model not yet commonly used in Australia has proved to be both a challenging and rewarding experience.
