Nathan Nagle is a young and enthusiastic Environmental Consultant who joined DLA in 2015 . Nathan has several years’ experience researching and working in a range of environmental science and environmental management projects specialising in contaminated lands and geomorphology. Nathan has helped coordinate and carry out fieldwork a variety of land remediation, landuse suitability, waste classification and enviornmental monitoring projects with DLA. Nathan has gained field work, laboratory and analytical experience whilst studying and researching at Macquaire University and the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation.
In 2014 Nathan was awarded the Best Presentation Prize at the Australian Analytical X-ray Association Conference in Perth for his research into historical mine contamination in central New South Wales. As part of this prize Nathan was given the opportunity to present his work to an international audience of enviornmental professionals and industry consultants at the DXC Conference held in Big Sky, Montana, USA.
When he isn’t working Nathan enjoys being outside, playing sport and travelling.
