The Penrith Lakes project is close to Russell’s heart, being a resident of the Penrith LGA for over 20 years and remains home for his wife and two young sons. Aside from work, family life and house improvements consume most of Russell’s spare time, and he looks forward to being able to take his boys fishing for Bass at the lakes he helped establish.
